Debian 12 OS image, not using all 8 cores?

Debian 12 OS image, not using all 8 cores?

This message “fiq_debugger: cpu 0 not responding, reverting to cpu 4” only appears on the actual system console apparently?

However there appears to be no processors/cores blocked?

$ grep procs_blocked /proc/stat
procs_blocked 0

But this maybe misleading, because there is only 1 processor that has 8 cores.

$ nproc --all
8

Would think that /proc/cpu showing 8 cores, is what the OS is actually seeing. But is there a way to explicitly confirm this some how beyond the methods above?
