What wifi/bluetooth chip are we using?

I am trying to get wifi and bluetooth working, linux kernel can’t even see it at the moment.
What chip are we using exactly?

It is listed in the specs as BL-M8821 dual-band WiFi and Bluetooth 5.0 module But that chip never even shows up on the internet?
What is the manufacture?
What is the manufacture ID?
We need exact info to try and make this thing work.

Also, where are the forum topic tags?

Okay, found it on the wiki through a google search. RTL8821CS just confusing to have it listed somewhere else as the BL-M8821 which I guess is just another name???
